Please read these Terms carefully. By using shreeramtatva.com or joining any Shree Ramtatva session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Us

Shree Ramtatva ("we", "us", "our") is a devotional and spiritual initiative operated by our team from India. Contact: shreeramtatvaofficial@gmail.com, WhatsApp: +91 89765 39145.

2. The Service

We provide live online devotional sessions including Morning Sadhana, Sundarkand Path, Ramcharitmanas Path with explanation, Hanuman Chalisa Anushthan, and a 5-Day Workshop (collectively, the "Service"). Sessions are delivered online through WhatsApp groups, video conferencing tools, and/or third-party platforms. We may also share scriptural PDFs, videos, and content on shreeramtatva.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and enroll in any paid Service. Minors may participate only under supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

4. Registration & Communication

Registration is initiated by contacting us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number, and chosen session. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your contact number active. Joining links are shared on WhatsApp; missed links due to inaccurate contact information are not our responsibility.

5. Payments & Pricing

Some sessions are offered free of charge; others require a fee (e.g., the 5-Day Workshop at ₹99). Prices are listed on our website and are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected directly by our team via UPI, bank transfer, or other means agreed on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed enrollments already paid for.

5.1 No Third-Party Payment Gateway

All payments are peer-to-peer (UPI/bank transfer). We are not a licensed payment processor. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient details before transferring any amount.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Given the spiritual and voluntary nature of the Service, all payments are non-refundable once received, except in the following cases:

Refund requests, if applicable, must be raised on WhatsApp within 7 days of payment. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original source within 10 business days.

7. Donations & Seva Contributions

Voluntary contributions ("Seva") are gratefully accepted to support the mission. All contributions are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible unless we specifically state otherwise in writing. Donors are responsible for confirming their own tax position.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the sessions — including audio, video, discourses, translations, PDFs, images, logo, and the "Shree Ramtatva" name — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may access and read the content for personal, non-commercial devotional use. You may not:

When using the Service or participating in sessions, you agree not to:

We may remove any participant from any session or group at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation.

10. Recording of Sessions

We may record live sessions for archival, educational, and promotional purposes. By joining a session, you consent to being recorded (audio, video, and chat messages) and to us using the recording in whole or part. If you do not wish to appear, please keep your camera off and your microphone muted.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp, YouTube, video-conferencing tools, and UPI providers. Their availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or actions of these third parties.

12. Spiritual Disclaimer

The Service is offered as a devotional practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Any spiritual or personal outcome you may experience is your own; we make no guarantee of specific results, wish-fulfillment, or benefits.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, our founder, and our associates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 3 (three) months immediately preceding the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shree Ramtatva, Mr. Ganesh Shukla, and our associates from and against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other participants, to us, or to third parties.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
